S2E31: Bronson Dant

“Every single excuse you have is actually a reason why you need to be doing it.”
- Bronson Dant

At 38 years of age, Bronson Dant was just like most of us at that age - soft, flabby, overweight and heading for health problems in the second half of life.  Unlike most of us, he decided to do something about it.

Today, at 50+, he has the physique of a professional athlete half his age. We caught up with him to learn how being fabulously fit past 50 can happen for anyone of us.

Stay Off My Operating Table
I'm a heart surgeon. I'd rather help you prevent heart disease than treat you on my operating table.
