Hello Dr. Ovadia, I would like to know more about how to follow carnivory diet, the right way, as mentioned in your book. How much meat to eat per meal, what meat? how often, etc..
I have been tracking my weight and blood pressure daily for 23 days. My weight has dropped from an average of 200.8 lbs the first 12 days to an average of 198 for the last 11 days. This represents a drop of 1.3%. My blood pressure numbers have dropped from an average of 122.2/74.2 to an average of 117.8/72 for a drop of 3.6%/2.8%. My BMI was 30.8 Obesity I and is now 29.9 Pre-Obese. I am just at 40" waist. I'd be interented in a podcast that discusses the impacts of crossing through the different ranges. As I continue to lose weight what are some of the other markers I will notice.
I want short texts (1 minute or less reading time) giving important essentials with a link to a longer text, podcast or whatever longer product. That can require payment. I think that is your concept anyway. At least it is from my perspective. I read your short and very informative message on twitter. That convinced me to read your book. And that convinced me to buy 5 more copies as gift for friends.
I don’t like the habit of some others who are talking or writing a lot about the important secret they have to share, but are not sharing it right away.
